食管癌术后下消化道出血的诊治分析
摘要
食管癌术后发生下消化道出血的原因及部位难以明确，治疗困难，常合并各种并发症导致患者死亡。我科2007～2012年共有9例食管癌术后发生下消化道出血的患者，现总结其诊断、治疗的经验与教训。
