Research on the Construction of Teaching Staff in Practical Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges′ Ideological and Political Theory Course

在思想政治理论课实践教学体系中,教师是实现教学的关键因素,教学内容要通过教师的有效教学传递给学生,教学目标要依靠教师的有效教学以实现。思想政治理论课实践教学的特殊性要求教师不再单纯地以理论把握和理论讲述为主,而必须是既具备理论素养又具有实践能力,既能够自己实践还能够指导学生实践,既作为个体教师出现又必须以群体发挥作用。

In the practical teaching system of ideological and political theory courses, teachers are key fac- tors to achieve successful teaching. The transmission of teaching content as well as the realization of teach- ing objectives should largely rely on teachers＇ effective didactical activities. Instead of simply theoretical grasp and theoretical lectures, the particularity of the ideological and political theory course requires that teachers should possess both theoretical attainment and practical ability. On the one hand, teachers should be able to involve in their own practice, and furthermore, be able to guide students＇ practical activities. On the other hand, teachers should appear as individual and function as a group.
