摘要
为了解决汽车燃油表在不同运行条件下指示值不准确的问题,在系统分析问题产生的原因基础上,通过采用分时采样、阀值控制、指针角度记忆、阻值记忆、指针响应时间控制等策略,实现了在连续点火、信号突变或丢失、急加速、上下坡等特定路况或车况条件下的准确采样和平稳指示,解决了诸多燃油表在实际使用过程中指示异常的问题,使产品性能和使用效果均达到了汽车行业标准要求。
To solve the problem of inaccurate indications under different driving conditions for automobile fuel meter,the causes for the problem are analyzed.By adopting such strategies as time sharing sampling,thresholds control,indicator angle memory,resistance memory,indicator response time control,etc.,the accurate sampling and stable indication are realized under such different driving conditions as continuous ignition,abrupt signal change or loss,speeding up,going up and down hills,etc.The study has solved the abnormal problems with various fuel meters in actual driving courses,making the performance and effect of the product reach the standards in automobile industry.
