摘要
针对某出口中东车型动力系统冷却不足的问题,本文主要围绕此出口车型冷却问题的处理,确立了试验标准,并运用KULI软件对冷却系统进行分析,然后针对性的提升散热器、油冷器及风扇的性能,通过风洞试验验证设计方案达到了标准要求,解决了实际问题。
For the problems of insufficient cooling performance of power system of an automobile for export to the Middle East,this paper sets an experimental standard,and makes analysis of the cooling system by using KULI software.The cooling performance of the heating radiator,oil cooler and fan are improved.Through wind tunnel test,the design reaches the standard and solves the existing problems.
