摘要
对某散货船进行了一次EEDI试航测试,试验内容包括航速、轴功率测量及环境参数测量等。为了计算和评估该船的EEDI,采用ISO 15016:2002对实测航速和轴功率进行了修正,并结合模型试验结果获得了该船的EEDI基准航速。计算了该船达到的EEDI值(Attained EEDI),还分别计算了它在IMO不同阶段要求的EEDI值(Required EEDI)。计算结果表明,该船达到的EEDI小于IMO第1阶段要求的EEDI值,满足IMO第1阶段(2015年1月1日至2019年12月31日)的EEDI强制性要求。
Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Green Ship Technology and China Ship Scientific Research Center had conducted a sea trial test for a bulk carrier. Tests included the measurement of ship speed, shaft power and sea environmental parameters. For EEDI evaluation, the measured ship speed was calibrated by taking into account the effects of wind, tide, waves, shallow water in accordance with ISO 15016:2002. The reference speed of EED1 and the Attained EEDI were calculated, and the Required EEDI at different IMO Phase stage was calculated. The calculation results show that the Attained EED1 of this 82000 DWT bulk carrier is less than the Required EEDI at IMO Phase 1 stage, and comply with the Required EEDI at IMO Phase 1 stage (between Jan, 1, 2015 and Dec. 31, 2019).
