摘要 适用于所有400总吨及以上船舶的新船能效设计指数(EEDI)标准于2013年1月1日生效,但该标准在行业中仍然存在广泛的争议。本文基于碳排放强度的经济相关性,研究了一种经济型EEDI预估模式,作为一种新思路供进一步研究,以期能在EEDI中引入经济性指标,使EEDI标准更符合经济和社会发展的要求。 The standard of energy efficiency design index (EEDI) for new ships with gross tonnage of 400 or above has become effective since 1 Jan 2013, but there is still extensive controversy to this standard in relative industries. Based on the economic relevance of carbon emission intensity, an economical EEDI predictive model was researched in this paper. The idea is to introduce economic factor into the EEDI, and then the EEDI may compliant with the requirements of economy and social development.
