校企文化对接背景下高职思想政治教育研究——以天津电子信息职业技术学院为例

Research on Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Abutment Methods of Industryuniversity Culture——Take the Tianjin Vocational College of Electronics Information as an Example

高职院校"工学结合"的人才培养模式,使得高职院校育人环境变化呈现出新特点,为思想政治教育模式的转变提供了新的素材,也对其提出了一系列挑战。本文以天津电子信息职业技术学院(以下简称"学院")为例,在阐述学院校企文化对接发展实践现状及特点的基础上,分析校企文化对接对思想政治教育的影响,并提出改进思想政治教育模式的思路和对策。

Work-integrated learning mode of talent training, make the education environment in higher vocational colleges change presents new characteristics, which provides a new material for the transition of ideological and political education, it also put forwards a series of challenges. Taking Tianjin Vocational College of Electronics Information （hereinafter referred to as College） as an example, based on explaining the College＇s development of the Abutment of Industry-university Culture, it analyzed about the Abutment Methods of Industry-university Culture to ideological and Political education and the way was put forward to improve the mode of ideological anti Political education in the article.
