摘要
本文从多个角度分析中小旅行社人才流失的根本原因及对中小旅行社造成的危机影响,运用加拿大麦吉尔大学教授明茨伯格(H.Mintzberg)对企业战略的理论方法,提出中小旅行社为了留住人才、防止人才流失,采取改革工资制度、帮助员工制定职业发展规划、物质激励和精神激励有效结合、建立科学的管理制度等战略对策留住人才,期望对中小旅行社的生存提供一定的借鉴。
This paper analyzed the causes of the outflow of talent of medium and small travel agencies in China and the influences of this crisis. It proposed the Strategy Theory of Professor H. Mintzberg of MeGill University of Canada and put forward strategic measures must be taken in order to prevent the outflow of talents of Medium and Small Travel Agencies, they were the vocational development planning of aiding the staffs, the combination of material incentive and moral incentive, the building of scientific managerial system, so as to give some references to the survival of Medium and Small Travel Agencies in China.
