脉压与IL-6、hs-CRP相关性研究

Study of Correlation among Pulse Pressure, Interleukin-6 and High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein

目的探讨脉压与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关性。方法将156例原发性高血压患者根据脉压进行分组,选取72例健康者作为对照组,用ELISA法测定血浆IL-6、hs-CRP的水平。结果 (1)高血压病组IL-6、hs-CRP水平与对照组存在非常显著差异(P<0.01);不同脉压组间IL-6、hs-CRP水平亦存在显著差异(P<0.05);(2)脉压与IL-6、hs-CRP正相关。结论脉压与IL-6、hs-CRP水平存在相关性,炎症反应参与了脉压增大的过程,三者对心血管事件有一定的预测作用。

Objective To explore the correlation among pulse pressure （PP）, Interleukin- 6 （IL- 6 ） and high - sensitivity C -reactive protein （hs - CRP）. Methods All the 156 cases that were diagnosed as essential hypertension （EH） were divided into the different groups by pulse pressure （PP）. 72 healthy cases were selected as the comparative group. Then hs - CRP and IL - 6 were measured by ELISA. Results （ 1 ） The levels of IL - 6 and hs - CRP in essential hypertension （EH） groups were obviously higher than those in the comparative group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was significant difference between the different pulse pressure （PP） groups in the level of IL -6 and hs - CRP. （2） There was positive correlation among PP, IL - 6 and hs - CRP. Conclusion There was correlation among pulse pressure （ PP）, IL - 6 and hs -CRP. Inflammatory reaction participated in the process of increased pulse pressure （PP）. The levels of IL- 6, hs - CRP and pulse pressure （PP） have a certain predictive effects for cardiovascular events.
