长期护理模式在老年患者中的应用

Application of long-term care model to elderly patients

目的:探讨长期护理模式在老年患者中的应用及临床效果。方法:将200例老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组给予常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上应用长期护理模式。观察比较两组并发症发生情况、精神状态及生活质量。结果:两组并发症发生情况、精神状态及生活质量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长期护理模式可预防老年患者并发症发生,缓解其负性心理,提高生活质量,促进康复。

Objective ：To explore the application and clinical effect of long -term care model in elderly patients. Methods ：200 elderly patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ 100 cases in each group）. The conventional treatment and nursing care was taken in the control group ; the long - term care model was adopted in the observation group based on the conventional one. The incidence of complications, mental state and quality of life of the elderly patients were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ：There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the incidence of complications,mental state and quality of life of the elderly patients between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The long - term care model can prevent the incidence of complications, alleviate the negative emotions ,improve the quality of life and promote the rehabilitation of the elderly patients.
