摘要 目的:探讨PDCA循环标准化教学模式在护生临床带教中的应用方法及效果。方法:将2010年6月~2011年5月实习的145名护生作为对照组,采用传统方法教学;将2011年6月~2012年5月实习的159名护生作为观察组,实施PDCA循环标准化教学模式。比较两组护生考核成绩及对带教老师满意度。结果:两组护生考核成绩及对带教老师满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:在护生临床带教中应用PDCA循环标准化教学模式,有助于完善教学管理体系,提高带教质量,值得推广应用。 Objective :To explore the approaches of PDCA standardized teaching mode in the clinical teaching of nursing students and evaluate its effect. Methods.145 nursing students who had clinical practice from June 2010 to May 2011 were taken as the control group; other 159 nursing students who had clinical practice from June 2011 to May 2012 were taken as the observation group. The traditional teaching method was used in the control group and the PDCA standardized teaching mode was adopted in the observation group. The assessment results of the students'performance and their satisfaction with the teachers were compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the assessment results of the students performance and their satisfaction with the teachers between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01). Conclusion:Application of PDCA standardized teaching mode in the clinical teaching of nursing students is conducive to the improvement of teaching management system and the quality of teaching.
