音乐治疗联合心理干预对甲状腺手术患者术后疼痛的影响

Effect of music therapy combined with psychological intervention on postoperative pain of patients with thyroid operation

目的:探讨音乐治疗联合心理干预对甲状腺手术患者术后疼痛的影响。方法:将92例择期行甲状腺手术的患者随机分为研究组和对照组各46例,对照组采用常规术前准备及护理,研究组在此基础上采用音乐治疗联合心理干预,比较两组患者术后2 h、8 h及24 h疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:研究组患者术后8 h、24 h VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对择期行甲状腺手术的患者在术前常规护理的基础上采用音乐治疗联合心理干预可明显减轻术后疼痛,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of music therapy combined with psychological intervention on postoperative pain of patients with thyroid operation. Methods：92 patients who received elective thyroid operation were randomly divided into the study group and the control group （46 cases in each group }. The conventional preoperative preparation and routine nursing care were taken in the control group ;the music therapy combined with psychological intervention was carried out in the study group based on the conventional one. The scores of visual analogue scale （VAS） were compared between the two groups respectively in 2,8 and 24 hours after operation. Results ： The VAS scores in 2,8 and 24 hours after operation were significantly lower in the study group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclu- sions：The music therapy combined with psychological intervention can siguificantly reduce postoperative pain of the patients.
