舒适护理对慢性化脓性中耳炎乳突根治术患者舒适度的影响

Effect of comfort nursing care on the degree of comfort of patients undergoing radical mastoidectomy due to chronic suppurative otitis media

目的:探讨舒适护理对慢性化脓性中耳炎乳突根治术患者舒适度的影响。方法:将86例慢性化脓性中耳炎乳突根治术患者随机分为对照组与观察组各43例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组患者舒适度及对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者舒适度为83.7%,显著高于对照组58.2%(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度为97.7%,显著高于对照组81.4%(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性化脓性中耳炎乳突根治术患者实施舒适护理干预,可以帮助患者度过术后不适期,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective ：To explore the effect of comfort nursing care on the degree of comfort of patients undergoing radical mastoidectomy due to chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods ：86 patients who underwent radical mastoidectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group （43 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and comfort nursing care was additionally applied in the observation group. The degree of comfort and satisfaction of the patients with nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results ： The degree of comfort was significantly higher in the observation group （ 83.7% ） than the control group （ 58.2% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the degree of patients＂ satisfaction with nursing service was higher in the observation group （ 97.7 % ） than the control group （81.4%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Application of comfort nursing intervention can not only help patients pass the postoperative discomfort period,but also improve patient satisfaction with nursing service.
