超声骨刀在贴近神经管下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的应用及护理 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨超声骨刀在贴近神经管下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的应用及护理方法。方法:将200例符合要求的患者随机分为观察组与对照组各100例,对照组患者采用高速涡轮钻切割法拔除下颌阻生智齿,观察组患者采用超声骨刀拔除。结果:观察组手术时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05);术后疼痛持续时间观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与高速涡轮钻切割拔牙法比较,虽然超声骨刀拔牙法具有减轻患者疼痛程度、减少骨组织坏死和拔牙创口感染的风险等多优点,但因该研究存在诸多不确定因素,作为一种新的临床技术的应用,还需要对更大样本进行更长时间的观察和深入研究。 Objective : To explore the application of piezosurgery in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom tooth close to neural tube and nursing methods. Methods:200 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ( 100 cases in each group). The Cutting method with high speed turbine drill was used in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth in the control group and the piezosurgery was applied in the observation group. Results:The operation time was obviously longer in the observation group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the duration of postoperative pain was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Compared with the cutting method with high speed turbine drill, the piezosurgery, as one of the new clinical technolo- gies, can alleviate pain, reduce the risk of bone tissue necrosis and wound infection in the extraction, but it has many uncertain factors and should be further observed and studied.
