Exploring Employee’s Brand Sabotage in Service Enterprises

摘要 本文在论述服务性企业员工与服务品牌的关系的基础上,分析员工品牌破坏行为的主要表现方式、产生的原因和影响,提出如何识别潜在品牌破坏者、如何预防应对品牌破坏行为等管理措施,为服务性企业内部品牌管理提供借鉴。 This paper discusses the relationship betweeu employee and service brand in service enterprise, explores the types, the cause and the effect of brand sabotage. To provide reference for internal brand management in service enterprise, it puts forward corresponding management measures that how to identify the potential brand saboteurs and how to prevent the brand sabotage.
