摘要
企业战略目标是人力资源规划的方向,人力资源规划的实施是企业战略管理的重要组成部分。企业内外部环境制约因素的变化,直接影响人力资源的规划与实施。邯钢的人力资源管理始终围绕公司总体战略需要,针对自身资源的结构特点,运用滚动技术实施动态规划,在企业转变经济发展方式过程中有效促进了劳动生产率的持续提高。
