摘要
当前青年群体在进入劳动力市场时面临的困难日益增多。本文预测,未来一段时期我国青年新增劳动力供给将保持在年均1470万左右,同时青年失业率将会小幅上升。为了更好地解决青年群体的就业问题,需要建立支持青年就业的制度体系,加强青年技能培训,鼓励青年创业带动就业。
At present, China＇s economy has entered a critical period of adjustment, subject to domestic and foreign various complicated issues, young people＇s difficulties to enter the labor market growing. Through the analysis of the youth population, a period in the future of China＇s youth labor supply will remain at an average of about 14.7 million, at the same time, the youth unemployment rate will rise slightly. To solve the youth＇s employment problem, we need to establish support system of youth employment, strengthen youth skills training, encourage youth employment to start businesses.
