摘要
昆明冶金高等专科学校地理信息系统与地图制图技术专业在人才培养过程中,以就业为导向,校企互动合作,将人才培养过程划分为基本技能训练、专项能力培养、综合职业能力培养三个阶段,并围绕职业能力培养,实施教学过程职业化、教学制度弹性化、企业参与全程化、工程实践岗位化、人才培养立体化的教学。
The Geographic Information System and Mapping Technology Specialty in Kunming Junior College of Metallurgy implemented the＂three layers progress,five changes unity＂talents cultivation mode in talent cultivation process.It takes employment as the orientation and divides the talent cultivation process into basic skills training,special abilities cultiva. tion and comprehensive professional abilities cultivation;surrounding the cultivation of professional abilities cultivation,it realizes professionalization of teaching process,elasticity of teaching system,whole-process participation of enterprise,post practice of project practice and three-dimensionality of talent cultivation.
