摘要
在网络信息时代,图书馆的信息服务面临诸多的发展机遇与挑战。在信息生产、传递及供求的长尾驱动下,通过对用户的识别和细分、信息资源体系的不断完善、揭示和检索信息的高效化、注重用户服务的个性化以及馆际合作等方式优化信息资源的同时,要积极开发潜在的、非核心的读者用户,并调动用户之间的主动性来降低服务成本,从而提高图书馆信息服务的能力和水平。
In network information age,the information service in library confronts with many development opportunities and challenges.Driven by the long-tail of production,delivery as well as supply and demand of information,it is neces. sary to optimize the information resource by identifying and subdividing users,constantly optimizing the information re. source system,revealing and retrieving the high efficient of information,paying attention to the individualization of user service and the trans-library cooperation.Meanwhile,it is critical to actively develop the potential and non-core reading users and transfer the initiative among users to decline the service cost,so as to increase the ability and level of informa. tion service of libraries.
