摘要
模具质量的好坏是衡量一个国家技术水平的标志之一,导致模具失效的原因有很多,其中热处理造成的占48%以上,而在失效的模具中,又以Cr12MoV、CrWMn钢居多,占模具钢的45%以上,由此可见,探讨Cr12MoV钢的热处理工艺尤为重要。本文对Cr12MoV冷镦模的热加工工艺进行分析研究,找出该工艺导致模具最终失效的原因,指出了一系列的优化工艺措施,对提高模具的使用寿命具有一定的指导意义。
