摘要
标定热箱法用于建筑构件传热系数的实验室检测,如窗户和墙体,理论上较为成熟,但缺乏实际操作指导。本文以标准为依据,结合检测实践,系统介绍了检测装置、原理以及热流系数的标定方法,详细说明了检测方法和流程。在此基础上,给出了测试结果的不确定度计算方法,并进行了实例计算。结果表明,该方法测试技术可行,能较好地满足相关检测要求。
Calibration hot box test method is used to test the thermal transmittance of building components such as windows and walls in the lab. It is mature in theory, but does not have enough guidance in actual practices. In this paper, according to the standards and in combination with the test practices,the test equipment,principle and the calibration method of thermal current coefficient were systematically presented and the test method and process were described in detail. Furthermore, the calculation method of the test result uncertainty was also provided, and an example calculation was carried out. The results shown that the calibration hot box test method was feasible in practice,and could meet the relevant test requirements well.
