摘要
文章针对我国物业建设与管理脱节的现象,分析了物业管理公司超前介入物业开发的作用,提出物业管理公司应超前介入物业开发的建议。
Aiming at the phenomena that China property construction and management are out of joint, this paper analyzes the effect of early entry of property management company, and puts forward the suggestions that property management should early enter the property development.
