摘要
文章针对住宅工程评分标准，分析与探讨在工程项目建设招投标工作中应如何制定科学、合理的评价与定标的标准，为公平竞争，择优确定中标单位提供理论依据。
According to the housing engineering evaluation standard, this paper probes into how to make scientific, proper standard for bidding evaluation and calibration, which can provides theoretical foundation for fair competition and selection of tender company.
