摘要
目的:建立同时测定茵栀黄分散片中栀子苷与黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,Kromasil 100-5C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.3%甲酸水,梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:0~15min为238nm(栀子苷),15~30min为280nm(黄芩苷)。结果:栀子苷和黄芩苷的线性范围分别为2.24~22.40μg.mL-1(r=0.999 7,n=6)和86.64~866.4mg.mL-1(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均回收率分别为98.49%(RSD为2.27%,n=6)和98.93%(RSD为1.60%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于茵栀黄分散片中栀子苷与黄芩苷含量的同时测定。
Objective:To develop a method for determining baicalin and jasminoidin in Yinzhihuang dispersible tablets simultaneous ly by HPLC. Methods: HPLC method was developed for the deterrninition. A Kromasil 100-5C18 (250rnm)4 4. 6mm, 5μm) was used. Mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.3 % formic acid water solution with linear gradient elution, The column temperature was 30℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 , the wavelength was acquired at 238 nrn from 0 to15 min for jasminoidin, 280 nm from 15 to 35 min for baicalin. Results: The linear range of jasminoidin and baicalin were 2. 24- 22. 40μg · mL ^-1 (r = 0. 999 7, n=6), 86.64-866.4mg· mL^-1(r=0.999 8, n=6) and the averge recovery were 98.49 %(RSD=2.27%, n=6) and 98. 93% (RSD= 1.60 %, n= 6)respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable, accurate and can be applied to the determination of jasrninoidin and baicalin, in Yinzhihuang dispersible tablets simultaneously.
