摘要
目的:研究清肺合剂的定性质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别清肺合剂中桑白皮、黄芩、桔梗等成分。结果:制剂中桑白皮、黄芩、桔梗等成分的薄层色谱斑点清晰、专属性强。结论:该法专属性强、可靠、简单、准确,重现性好,可用于控制清肺合剂的药品质量。
Objective：To establish the quality control standard of Qingfei Heji. Methods：TLC were used to identify Cortex Morii, Radix Scutellariae,Platycodon grandiflorus. Results ： TLC spots of Cortex Morii, Radix Scutellariae, Platycodon grandiflorus were clear, the method was specific. Conclusion：the method is specific, simple, exact, can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Heji.
