HPLC法测定黄葵胶囊中金丝桃苷含量

HPLC Method for the Determination of the Content of the Huangkui Capsule Hyperoside

目的:研究黄葵胶囊的有效成分,测定黄葵胶囊中金丝桃苷含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为DiamonsilTM ODS-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(14∶86);检测波长:360nm;流速:1.0mL/min;进样量:10μL;柱温:30℃。结果:四批样品中,金丝桃苷在黄葵胶囊中的平均含量为13.76%,RSD为2.34%(小于5%)。结论:该测定方法稳定、可靠,可用于黄葵胶囊中金丝桃苷含量的测定。

Objective： To find out the active ingredient of Huangkui Capsule and determine of the content of Hyperoside in the Huangkui Capsule. Methods ： HPLC, column DiamonsilTM ODS-C18 （4.6mm×250mm,5μm） ; Mobile phase ： aeetonitrile -0.2 phosphoric acid solution （14：86） ;Detection wavelength： 360 nm; flow rate： 1.0 mL / min;Injection volume： 10μL,Column temperature： 30℃. Results：In the four batches of samples , the average content of Hyperoside in Huangkui Capsule is 13.76 %, and RSD was 34 % （less than 5 %）. Conclusion：The method is stable and reliable and can be used for the content determination of Hyperoside in Huangkui Capsule .
