多功能聚合物作为基因和化疗药物共传递系统的研究进展

摘要 多功能聚合物是目前药物传递系统研究领域的热点。化疗药物和基因共传递给药系统能够提高抗肿瘤协调作用。对多功能聚合物的载药原理和释药特点进行总结,并对其用于基因和化学药物传递的研究进展做简要概述。 Multifunctional polymers for drug delivery have received extensive interest. Co-delivery of chemotherapeutics and gene seems hopeful for achieving synergic anticancer activity. This paper reviewed the current researches about multifunctional polymers as genes and drugs co delivery carriers, Their principles of loading drugs and characterizations of sustained release were also discussed.
