地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜麻醉临床观察 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜麻醉的临床效果,观察其有效性和安全性。方法:对接受胃肠疾病检查的420名检查者进行分组,研究组210名,选用地佐辛复合丙泊酚进行无痛胃肠镜麻醉;对照组210名,选用芬太尼复合丙泊酚进行无痛肠镜麻醉;术后对患者调查后根据满意度来探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚的临床应用效果。结果:相比对照组,研究组患者的麻醉后苏醒时间短,手术过程中出现的不良反应较小,患者的整体生命体征更加平稳。结论:使用地佐辛复合丙泊酚在临床上用于无痛肠镜麻醉,苏醒效果较好,具有较高的安全性,且不良反应少,是目前临床上使用无痛肠镜麻醉的良好方法之一[1]。 Objective:To investigate the effects of dezocine propofol for painless colonoscopy anesthesia clinical effect, observed its effectiveness and safety. GroupingMethods:to our hospital in June 2012 to accept the disease of the gastrointestinal disease check 420 check, a study group of 210 selected to dezocine propofol painless gastroscopy anesthesia; control group of 210 name, the choice of fentanyl and propofol the painless colonoscopy anesthesia; postoperative patient investigation to explore the satisfaction dezocine clinical effect of propofol. Results : compared to the control group, the study group patients anesthesia wake up time is short, surgical procedures, adverse reaction rate is smaller, more stable overall patient vital signs. Conclusion:Use dezocine propofol for painless colonoscopy anesthesia in clinical anesthesia and wake up better, with a higher level of security, and fewer adverse reactions, painless colonoscopy anesthesia clinical good one.
