摘要
目的:观察激光联合重组人α-2b干扰素乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:选取100例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组采取单纯二氧化碳激光治疗,治疗组在激光治疗后第2日局部涂抹重组人α-2b干扰素乳膏治疗,疗效4周,随访6个月观察复发情况及IL-2、IL-10、IL-4水平变化。结果:治疗组治愈率92.00%(46/50),复发率8.00%,对照组治愈率64.00%(32/50),复发率36.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前IL-2、IL-10、IL-4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后IL-2升高,IL-10、IL-4下降,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后变化程度治疗组比对照组更为明显,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论:二氧化碳激光联合重组人α-2b干扰素乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣疗效肯定,能降低复发率,优于单独激光治疗。
Objective：to observe the laser combined recombinant human α-2b interferon cream in the treatment of condyloma acu- minatum of clinical curative effect. Methods：select 100 cases patients with condyloma acuminatum, randomly divided into treatment group and control group the fifty cases and control take pure carbon dioxide laser treatment, the treatment group in the second day after laser treatment local daub recombinant human α-2b interferon cream in the treatment of 4 weeks, curative effect, and were followed up for 6 months to observe and recurrence of interleukin 2 （IL-2）, IL-10, II-4 level change. Results. the treatment group cure rate 92.00% （46/50）, and the recurrence rate is 8.00%, the control group cure rate 64.00% （32/50）, and the recurrence rate is 36.00 %, the difference between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05） ; Two groups of patients before treatmerlt IL-2, IL-10, IL-4 level is no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）, after treatment IL-2 levels, IL-10, IL-4 drops, and compared with before treatment difference （P〈0.05）, the treatment of changes after the treatment group than the control group is more apparent, comparative differences are statistically significant （P〈0.05） . During treatment were not serious adverse reactions. Conclusion ： CO2 laser combined recombinant human α-2b interferon cream in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum curative effect affirmation, can reduce the recurrence rate, which is higher than that of single laser treatment.
