HPV检测与细胞学联合检查对子宫颈癌前病变诊断价值探讨

Diagnostic Value of HPV Testing and Cytology of the Joint Inspection of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

目的:探讨宫颈液基薄层细胞学(TCT)检查联合高危人乳头瘤病毒DNA(HC2-HPV-DNA)检测在子宫颈癌前病变筛查中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析80例拟诊子宫颈癌前病变患者的资料,所有患者均经TCT及HC2-HPV-DNA检查并通过病理学确诊,评价两种方法联合检测诊断子宫颈癌前病变的临床价值。结果:HC2-HPV-DNA的阳性率随宫颈癌前病变的严重程度而增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TCT联合HC2-HPV-DNA能提高子宫颈癌前病变检测的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结论:联合应用HC2-HPV-DNA和TCT检测方法能增加宫颈癌前病变的检出率,有效预防宫颈癌的发生发展,并为筛查癌前病变提供简便方法。

Objective：To investigate the value of joint of cervical ThinPrep cytology （TCT） and high-risk HPV DNA （HC2-HPV- DNA） in the screening of cervical precancerous lesions. Methods：A retrospective analysis of the two methods in our hospital ,80 cases of the proposed clinic patients with precancerous cervical lesions, all patients were confirmed by TCT and HC2-HPV-DNA check and pathological diagnosis, combined detection of clinical value in the diagnosis of precancerous lesions of the cervix was evaluated. Results：positive rate of HC2-HPV-DNA increased with the severity of precancerous lesions of the cervical cancer and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the TCT joint HC2-HPV-DNA testing can improve cervical precancerous lesions sensitivity,specificity and accuracy. Conclusion： The combination of HC2-HPV-DNA and TCT detection method can increase the detection rate of cervical precancerous lesions, preventing the development of cervical cancer effectively, and provide an easy method of screening of precancerous lesions.
