顽固性高血压新疗法:激活动脉压力感受性反射 被引量:2

摘要 顽固性高血压约占高血压患病总人群的20%~30%,是影响公众健康的一大难题。压力感受性反射激活疗法(BAT)通过电刺激颈动脉窦压力感受器激活压力感受性反射,可明显降低血压、心率等。据此,美国CVRx研发出"Rheos",植入到颈动脉窦附近,可以慢性激活压力感受性反射,用于治疗顽固性高血压和重症心衰。其治疗机制可总结为:通过抑制交感神经和兴奋迷走神经,减少肾素的分泌,缓慢地增加肾脏的排泄功能,同时降低心率,扩张血管减少外周阻力,进而降低了动脉压同时促进钠平衡。 Resistant hypertension is a severe public health prob- lem and about 20% - 30% of all hypertensive patients belong to resistant hypertension. Baroreflex activation therapy (BAT) can reduce blood pressure and heart rate by electrical stimulation of the carotid sinus barorecepters. Rheos Baroreflex Hypertension Therapy System (Rheos, by CRVx. Inc, USA) could be appliedto treat resistant hypertension and severe heart failure by chroni- cally activating baroreflex. Its mechanism can be concluded that BAT lowers arterial pressure and reduces heart rate by inhibiting sympathetic nerve and exciting vagus nerve.
