河南省区际开放与国际开放的空间比较

区际开放与国际开放相互影响、相互促进,决定了区域开放的层次和水平。运用2011年河南省相关数据,比较分析了河南省18地市的区际开放度和国际开放度。运用GM(1,N)模型分析表明,河南省各地市经济增长仍然以投资驱动为主,区际开放、国际开放水平对经济增长的贡献较小。运用Arcgis软件进行空间分析的结果表明,河南省各地市开放度差异较大,区际开放和国际开放发展不够协调,中心城市对区域经济的带动作用有待加强。

Gradation and levels of the regional open depend on inter-regional opening and international openness, which influence each other and promote each other. With the relevant data in 2011, city interregional openness and international degree of open- ness in 18 cities in Henan Province is compared. The analysis through GM （1, N） model shows that, economic growth all over the city of Henan province is dominated by the investment drive, while contribution of inter-regional opening and international opening level to economic growth is small. Spatial analysis results from the Arcgis software demonstrate that the openness difference among the cities in Henan Province is very obvious, development between interregional opening and international openness is unco- ordinated, and the leading role that center cities play in regional economy should be enhanced.
