贵州息烽县耕地供需分析及其保护对策

Supply and Demand Analysis and Protection Countermeasures of Cultivated Land in XiFeng County in Guizhou Province

在阐述贵州息烽县土地利用现状的基础上,分别预测2020年满足息烽县人民粮食自给和国民经济社会发展目标的耕地需求量,并与2020年耕地保护目标进行对比,分析粮食供求状况。结果表明:到2020年,满足息烽县合理膳食结构的耕地需求量为12591.68hm2,满足国民经济社会发展目标的耕地需求量为43429.68hm2;根据贵阳市下达的耕地保护目标,确定2020年息烽县应保有耕地30552.85h2m,则在此目标下2020年需外购粮22.65万t。并据此分析,提出息烽县耕地保护的对策建议。

Describing the land use status of XiFeng county in GuiZhou province, this paper forecasts the demand of cultivated land which must meet the self-sufficiency grain and the target of national economic and social development of XiFeng county in 2020, and compares with the land protection goal of XiFeng county determined by the general land use planning of GuiYang city （2006 -2020） to analysis grain supply and demand. The results show that： （1）the cultivated land demands which meet the reasonable dietary structure and the national economic and social development of XiFeng county will be 12591.68hm2and 43429.68hm2 respectively in 2020; （2）According to the target of cultivated land protection of GuiYang city, XiFeng county shall maintain 30552.85hm2 cultivated land in 2020. There will be 12.66 million tons surplus and 12.72 million tons vegetables which can be sold except meeting the dietary needs （self-sufficiency grain） in XiFeng county in 2020; But to achieve social economic development goals of XiFeng county, there will need 22.65 million tons of outsourcing bread in 2020. And according to the results, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures of cultivated land protection in XiFeng county.
