黑龙江省区域分化测度与评判

Measurment and Judgment of Regional Differentiation in Heilongjiang Province

按照经济地理特征黑龙江省可分为三大区域:哈大齐城市群(西南地区)、北部地区和东部地区。首先基于各个研究单元的人口和GDP计算三大区域的人口、GDP和人均GDP;然后建立分化指数模型,计算三大区域两两之间的分化指数,再算术平均加权计算黑龙江省的区域分化指数;最后以构建的分化评判标准对黑龙江省区域分化进行评判。结果表明:黑龙江省三个区域之间基本没有分化现象,亦表明哈大齐城市群的整体性不强,整体经济发展水平并没有与另外两个区域出现很大差距。

According to the characteristics of economic geography, Heilongjiang povince is divided into three regions：Harbin-Daqing- Qiqihar uban groups （Southwest Heilongjiang）, North Heilongjiang, East Heilongjiang. Firstly,population,GDP and per captial GDP of three regions are calculated based on every unit; Secondly, the differentiation index model is built and the differentiation index of Heilongjiang pronvince; At last, the differentiation of Heilongjiang pronvince is judged. It is concluded that the phnomenon of regional differentiation in Heilongjiang province don＇t exist,and the difference of Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar uban groups and the other regions isn＇t large.
