摘要
针对煤炭工业自动化生产线中对工件精确定位控制的要求,设计了基于PLC和交流伺服驱动器、伺服电机的控制系统,包括系统的硬件设计、参数设置、程序设计和触摸屏组态设计,较好地实现了准确定位、低成本的多点运动控制。该系统应用于煤炭仿真自动化生产线平台,运行稳定,扩展灵活,具有良好的应用价值。
As the workpiece positioning requests to be precise in the coal industry automatic production lines,a control system based on PLC,AC servo driver and servo motor is designed,including system’s hardware design,parameter setting,software design and touch-screen configuration design.Multi-point movement control with accurate positioning and low-cost is realized.The system is applied to the production line in the coal industry simulation platform with more high stability,flexibility and good application value.
