故障诊断始于机械设备故障诊断,主要指制造设备和制造过程的状态监测与故障诊断。随着网络技术的发展,各种信息系统也开始在煤矿中得到应用。特别是模拟技术、微电子技术、微电脑技术在煤矿工业控制中的应用已成为必然的发展方向。文章探讨了煤矿信息系统结构组成及基本工作原理,详述了各种现代故障诊断技术,最后建立了煤矿工作环境下基于故障诊断专家系统的网络故障诊断体系,取得了很好的应用效果。

Fault diagnosis began in fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment,manufacturing equipment and manufacturing process condition monitoring and fault diagnosis.With the development of network technology,various information systems to be applied in the coal mine.Especially simulation technology,micro-electronics technology,microcomputer technology in the coal industry control has become the the inevitable development direction.This paper first discusses the coal mine information system structures and basic works,detailing various modern fault diagnosis technology,and finally to establish coal mine work environment based network fault diagnosis system of fault diagnosis expert system,to obtain a good application effect.
