摘要
工业锅炉产生蒸汽的压力和温度是否稳定、锅炉运行是否安全,直接影响到生产,更关系到人员和设备的安全与否。文章介绍了工业锅炉的主要工艺流程,锅炉的三大过程控制系统,探讨了锅炉汽包水位控制系统的设计方法与综合应用,从单变量控制到多变量控制,深入分析,为锅炉控制研究提出参考。
Industrial boiler to generate steam pressure and temperature is stable,the boiler operation is safe or not,directly affect the production,but also related to the safety of personnel and equipment or not.This paper introduces the main process of industrial boiler,boiler three process control system,discusses the boiler drum water level control system design methods and comprehensive application,from a single variable control to multivariable control,thorough analysis,to study and put forward reference for boiler control.
