摘要
文章对乌鲁木齐石化电厂主要供应商供煤的结渣特性及混煤的结渣特性进行了实验研究,得出了单一煤质和混煤煤质的结渣判定数学模型,并应用实验室数学模型在生产用煤的掺烧配比方案给出了科学的、实用的防结渣判定方法,并制定生产配煤施工方案,研究结果对生产实践具有很强的实用性和指导性。
Through an experimental research on the coal slagging features and mixed coal slagging characteristics of Urumqi’s petrochemical plant suppliers,this thesis comes to the judgement of a mathematical model of single coal and mixed coal slagging.In addition,this thesis draws a scientific and practical anti-slagging judging method and makes a construction program of producing blending coal by applying laboratory mathematical model in the production of coal burning ratio program.The research results are very practical and instructive to the producing practice.
