摘要
在煤矿机械和各种高科技设备中,零件的形位误差与加工时间往往是影响整机工作质量的关键。而随着数学的发展,不仅可以定量地对零件的形状和位置误差进行检测,而且可以实时、准确地提供零件形貌的直观情况,将抽象的数字信息转化为直观的图形信息。文章首先探讨了煤矿机械加工时间计算的必要性,论述了煤矿机械加工精度与加工误差对于加工时间计算的影响,然后详细分析了数学在煤矿机械加工时间计算中的应用对策。
In coal mine machinery and various high-tech equipment,parts of the shape and position error and the processing time is often affects the quality of the key.But with the development of mathematics,not only can be used for parts of the shape and position error detection,but also can provide real-time,accurate parts morphology of intuitive,abstract digital information into graphic information.This paper first discusses the coal mine machinery processing time calculation of necessity,discussed a colliery to the machining accuracy and machining error for machining time influence calculation,and then a detailed analysis of the mathematics in the coal mine machinery processing time computation application countermeasures.
