煤矿循环经济园区的发展模式探讨

随着煤炭资源的减少,许多大型煤矿企业都努力寻求新的发展模式,循环经济园区作为多年来研究的重点,无疑是煤炭行业发展的新风向。文章探究了国外煤炭循环经济园区的发展现状,结合我国煤炭行业的特点,利用循环经济理论提出了煤炭循环经济园区的发展模式,并以开滦集团建立的唐山循环经济园区为例,阐述了现代煤矿循环经济发展要以生态效益和社会效益为前提,以高新技术为保障,以煤炭及伴生资源综合利用最大化为目标的产业园区新模式。

With the reduction of coal resources,many large coal enterprises to seek new economic pattern,circular economy park as for many years the focus of the study,it is the development of the coal industry to the new.This paper explores foreign coal recycling economy park development present situation,unifies our country the development of the coal industry,make use of circular economic theory put forward coal park of circular economy development mode,and to group established tangshan circular economy park as the example,elaborated the modern coal circulation economy development to the ecological benefit and the social benefit as the prerequisite,to high-tech as the support,to coal and associated resources comprehensive utilization maximization as the goal of the industrial park development mode.
