This study aimed to understand the basis of the control factors affect the cost of doing business,expand the analysis of the advantages of the logistics center.Focus specifically on： Overcoming the influence factors of the ＂information＂;overcome the impact of the ＂scope＂ factors;overcome the＂coordination＂impact factor;to overcome the＂space＂of factors to expand,and then stood in the supply chain as a whole,three of the principle of cost control,and asked the direction of thinking.
