摘要
随着煤矿企业的发展,人力资源问题越发突出,如何控制好人力资源管理的风险,成为了当今煤矿企业能够持续发展的重要任务。文章首先分析了煤矿企业人力资源管理现状,提出了五点风险控制措施,并建立了人才管理体系。该研究为我国煤矿企业人才管理问题奠定了良好的基础。
With the development of human resources in coal enterprises,the problem becomes more outstanding,how to control the risks of human resource management,become current coal enterprises sustainable development important task.This paper firstly analyzed the coal enterprise human resources management present situation,proposed five measures for risk control,and to establish a personnel management system.The study for our coal enterprises talent management laid good foundation.
