摘要
煤矿企业作为一个企业承担着企业所应承担的普遍的社会责任。同时又具有其特殊性,主要表现在其关乎国家能源安全大局,关乎社会稳定,关乎社会生态建设。其社会责任由其特殊性可以拆分成若干个支节。对于其人才吸引力的研究必然要从社会责任各个支节加以分析。文章按照此思路,从社会责任的概念、内容入手,由一般到特殊,由社会责任的特殊性分析,到对于人才吸引力的影响,层层递进地深入研究。为深入研究煤矿企业适应人才竞争新形势,提高国际竞争力,实施和完善社会责任标准体系构建,提供参考。
