摘要
以龙背湾水电站面板堆石坝土石方调配为例,针对土石方调配问题,将土石方调配系统视为一个大系统,系统分析了调配过程中工程进度、道路情况、天气情况等影响因素及开挖和填筑等各方面的相互联系与制约关系,基于大系统理论建立土石方调配模型,获得了拟定进度下合理的土石方调配方案,为龙背湾水电站工程土石方调配施工组织设计提供了可靠依据。
Taking earth-rock allocation of faced rock-fill dam of Longbei Bay hydropower station as an example,the system of earth-rock allocation is regarded as a large scale system.And then the influencing factors(project schedule,road situation and weather) in allocation of the earth-rock are systematically analyzed.At the same time,the mutually correlation and restricted relationship between excavation and filling are concerned.Finally,the theory of large scale system is used to establish the earth-rock allocation model.Reasonable earth-rock allocation scheme under the drafted schedule is obtained,which provides a reliable basis for construction organization design of Longbei Bay hydropower station earth-rock allocation.
