摘要 为重构已建电力系统以改善系统的能源效率,运用系动力学研究电力系统整体资源优化,分析了电力供销系统能源效率改善的反馈机理,认为电力供销系统能效改善过程中会激发一些抑制能效改善的因素,造成能效改善的成长上限现象,并提出引入末端治理机构促进环境成本进入电力供应链和通过政府介入引导和参与能效资产投资两个对策基模。 In order to reform the electric power system which has been built to improve the energy efficiency,system dynamics analysis method is used to study the overall resources optimization in electric power system.The feedback mechanism of energy efficiency improvement in electric power system is analyzed.During process of energy efficiency improvement in electric power supply and demand system,some factors inhibiting efficiency improvement can be stimulated,which causes the growth ceiling phenomenon of energy efficiency improvement.Therefore,this paper puts forward two countermeasure archetypes: one is to construct a terminal treatment enterprise to promote environmental cost added into the power supply chain;the other is to invest energy efficiency assets by the government so that the government can participate in and guide energy efficiency investment.
