水泥助磨剂与混凝土外加剂的相容性试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 分别探讨了6种水泥助磨剂对水泥工艺的助磨、增强作用;同时,通过水泥净浆试验研究了水泥助磨剂与混凝土外加剂的相容性。研究表明,醇胺类水泥助磨剂的助磨、增强效果均优于醇类及无机盐类;然而,通过相容性试验表明,醇胺类助磨剂表面活性较强,吸附于水泥颗粒表面,影响了水泥与混凝土外加剂的相容性,表现为净浆流动度初始及经时损失增加值较小。 The grinding and enhancement effects of six kinds of cement grinding aids were discussed respectively. And the compatibility of cement grinding aids and concrete admixture was studied by cement paste test. The results showed that the grind- ing and enhancement effect of alcohol amine was superior to alcohol and inorganic salt. However,the compatibility test showed that the initial fluidity of cement paste and the increased value of gradual loss was small owing to that alcohol amines was the strong surfaetant and adsorbed on the surface of cement particles,which affecting the compatibility of cement and concrete admix- tures.
