摘要
通过对大孔隙沥青混合料灌注中高温固化柔性环氧树脂材料模量设计及施工性研究,制备了灌注式树脂混合料,并采用沥青混合料性能评价方法对其进行了性能测试分析,结果表明,该灌注式树脂混合料具有较好的抗水损性及良好的高、低温性能。经铺装组合结构性能测试及钢桥面试验段性能验证,均显示出灌注式树脂混合料作为钢桥面铺装材料不仅具有与钢桥面板良好的粘结性能,同时能加强上下层铺装混合料层间的粘结作用,改善了钢桥面铺装整体受力状况。
Through module design and construction study of pouring high temperature curing toughness epoxy resin materials into porous asphalt mixture,the infusion resin mixture was prepared, and then analyzed its performance with evaluation method of the asphalt mixture,the test results show that the infusion resin mixture has good resistance to water damage and perfect tempera- ture performance. Pavement combination structure performance test and steel bridge deck engineering test research all proved that the infusion resin mixture not only has good bonding properties with steel bridge deck,but also can strengthen the bonding effect between the pavement mixture layer, and thus improved the overall stress state of steel bridge deck pavement.
