不同纤维增强木塑复合模板性能与经济性对比 被引量:5

Performances and economy comparison analysis of different fiber reinforced wood-plastic composite formwork

摘要 结合不同表面活性剂改性、振动磨或超声波处理工艺分别将温石棉纤维(CAF)、聚乙烯醇纤维(PVAF)、玄武岩纤维(BF)预分散在水中,与木粉混杂后辊炼到熔融聚丙烯(PP)中,热压成型3种纤维增强木塑复合材料(CAF/WPC、PVAF/WPC、BF/WPC)。通过哑铃形试样拉伸法、三点弯曲法、摆锤冲击法、旋转磨耗法分别表征其拉伸、弯曲、冲击和耐磨性能,并对3种材料用作建筑模板的经济性进行对比分析。结果表明,相比于空白WPC,掺有10%(质量百分比)各纤维的CAF/WPC、PVAF/WPC、BF/WPC的拉伸、弯曲、冲击强度、耐磨性能与单次折算节约费分别提高了66.6%、48.4%、36.3%、68.9%、67.33%,33.2%、54.3%、38.8%、81.8%、63.47%,44.2%、24.7%、9.3%、85.6%、60.93%。显然,质优价廉的CAF既能对WPC模板的综合性能有较好的提升,同时增加的费用最低,在清水模板领域中具有良好应用前景。 Employing different surfactants modification,vibromill or ultrasonic treatment dispersion technique,ehrysotile asbestos fiber(CAF),polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVAF),basah fiber(BF) With different loading was pre-dispersed in water, mixed with the wood flour, and then compounded to the molting' polypropylene by a mixing roll,respectively. Subsequently,3 kinds of fiber reinforced wood-plastic composite sheets (CAF/WPC, PVAF/WPC, BF/WPC) were formed by hot-press method. The tensile,flexural, impact and wear-resisting performances of the corresponding composite were studied by dumb-bell sample tensile testing,three-point bending, pendulum impact and rotary abrasion method,respectively,as well as the economy comparison of three sorts of the composite serv- ing as formwork. Results show, the tensile, flexural, impact, wear-resisting properties and single cost saving as formwork of the CAF/ WPC,PVAF/WPC,BF/WPC with 10 wt% fiber addition,increases 66.6% ,48.4% ,36.3% ,68.9% ,67.33%. 33.2% ,54.3% ,38.8%, 81.8%,63.47%. 44.2%,24.7%,9.3%, 85.6%,60.93%,respectively. Obviously,the quality and cheap CAF addition can bring forth both good improvement on the comprehensive performance of the WPC as formwork,and the least increased cost,which has a good prospect of application in fresh water formwork field.
