摘要 橡胶粉和漂珠能有效地降低材料的导热系数,并能提高材料的隔声性能。通过橡胶粉、漂珠、粉煤灰和减水剂混掺的水泥砂浆正交试验,分析了相关因素对水泥砂浆保温隔声性能的影响。试验结果表明,橡胶粉掺量对水泥砂浆的抗压强度和导热系数影响最大,漂珠对水泥砂浆的隔声性能影响最大。试验为保温隔声水泥砂浆性能的进一步改善提供了参考数据,可以促进高性能保温隔声水泥砂浆的研制开发与应用。 Rubber powder and floating beads can effectively reduce thermal conductivity and improve sound isolation property of composite material. In order to analyze the effects of related factors on thermal insulation and sound isolation property of cement mortar, an orthogonal test was conducted by adding rubber powder,floating beads, fly ash and water reducing agent into cement mortar. The results show that the mixing amount of tubber powder has the most influential effect on compressive strength and thermal conductivity of cement mortar, and that of floating beads has the most influential effect on sound isolation property of cement mortar. The test results may provide references for improving the thermal insulation and sound isolation property of cement mortar, it can also promote the exploitation and application research of cement mortar.
