摘要
目的建立定量测定牛蒡草中绿原酸、牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元的方法,并比较不同部位在不同采收时期3种成分的含有量差异。方法采用Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;切换波长法检测,0~8 min(327 nm),8~25 min(280 nm);体积流量为1.0 mLmin;柱温30℃;进样量10μL。结果绿原酸主要存在于茎叶中,6月份含有量最高;牛蒡苷和牛蒡苷元主要分布在果实中,以8月份含有量最高。结论该方法简便、准确、分离度良好,为牛蒡草区别利用的适时采收及质量控制提供了依据。
AIM To determine the contents of chlorogenic acid,arctiin and arctigenin in different picking time and different medicinal parts of Arctium lappa L.by HPLC.METHODS Three components were separated by agilent C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was changed from 327 nm to 280 nm at the eighth minute.RESULTS Chlorogenic acid mainly existed in stems and leaves with the highest content in June.The contest of arctiin and arctigenin reached peak value by August,and mainly distributed in fruits.CONCLUSION The validated method is simple,accurate,and has a good resolution.It can provide the basis for the suitable harvest period and the quality control of Arctium lappa L..
